Hi Joe. It's essential that we give a timeline here for our customers. You ordered on 30th March 2023. You contacted us on 3rd July 2023 (over 3 months later) asking for it's whereabouts. I replied on 4th July 2023 advising that your order was returned to us due to you not collecting it from Royal Mail after they attempted twice but you weren't in. So they left you a card. In that email we stated that we can resend it, but you'd need to pay postage again. You didn't respond. Then a year passed since your original order, and you leave us a 1 star review. Maybe if you could be correct in your review and point out you DID receive a response, you simply weren't happy with it, that would be a little more honest. We're still happy to send it to you, however you'll still need to pay postage. Kirk.
