  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Closed
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed during our business hours will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are collected form HQ at 2pm each day so any orders after this time will be shipped next working day.
  • Orders placed outside of our business hours, including weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Please note if you order after 2pm on a Tuesday your order will not be processed and shipped until Thursday which is our next working day.

Shipping abroad and channel islands

Shipping to non UK countries, Europe and worldwide will vary dependant on shipping method selected, rates available at that time and may be subject to import fees, please enquire info@yayofamilia.uk for more information.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Fees:
